Account and Data Deletion

We value your privacy. If you wish to delete your account and remove your personal data from our systems, please follow the steps below.

📝 How to Request Deletion

To initiate the deletion of your account, you can use either of the following methods:

1. Via Email (Recommended): Send an email to tatu.zenbit@gmail.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Please include the email address used to register the account.

2. In-App: You may contact the administrator (Teacher) directly to remove your student records and login access.

🛑 What Data Will Be Deleted?

Once your request is processed, the following information will be permanently removed from our Firebase database:

• Your Name, Email, and Phone Number.
• All linked Student Records (Roll numbers, Blood Group, etc.).
• Your Payment History and Transaction IDs (UTRs).

⏳ Processing Time

Requests are typically processed within 7 business days. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
