Terms and Conditions for Ankan Tuli Art Centre

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Ankan Tuli Art Centre application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Use of the App
- Eligibility: This app is designed for teachers and parents/guardians of students at Ankan Tuli Art Centre.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Prohibited Conduct: Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer the app, bypass security features, or use the app for any fraudulent financial activity.
3. Payments and Fees
- Direct Payments: The app facilitates the communication of UPI IDs for fee payments. All payments are made directly between the user and the Art Centre via third-party UPI apps (e.g., GPay, PhonePe, Paytm).
- Verification: Users must provide accurate Transaction IDs (UTR) for manual verification by the teacher. Providing false payment information may lead to account suspension.
- Refunds: All matters regarding fee refunds are governed by the internal policies of Ankan Tuli Art Centre and are not handled by the app software.
4. Service Availability
- Teacher Control: Teachers have the right to enable or disable admission services at any time via the “Service Control” settings in the application.
- App Downtime: While we strive for maximum uptime, we are not liable for any temporary unavailability of the app due to maintenance or technical issues beyond our control.
5. Data Accuracy
Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide (phone numbers, student details, blood group, etc.) is accurate and kept up to date for official records.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ankan Tuli Art Centre and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tripura.
